Management is always looking for a dynamic staff. Each of our staff before deployment undergoes our in-house verification process. Our team scrutinizes their documents, family background, previous job details, contact details & other essentials for verification. On successful completion of our in-house verification procedures, we finally enrolled the staff in our company on pay roll and then as per requirement we initiate for Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) & Training Process.

Training & Employment

Training & Deployment

Each of our staff undergoes in-house training Program as per their job profile wherein, they are trained for physical grooming and mentally preparation for daily rigorous job and finally enrolled in our company pay roll. If required then we send them to Registered Training Academy where they get trained and get training certificate.

After deployment at site, our operation team completes all the client-based documentation required at the site. Our Training Officers gives job training as per the Client and Site requirements as and when required at regular intervals.

24X7 MONITORING & CONTROLLING SYSTEM

Our Back-office staff Monitor and Control the field operations with the help of our field Operation team. Our Manager & Field Officers are available 24X7 shift wise, having individual vehicle and cellular phone to establish a direct communication with clients for quick response and immediate solution. They also give surprise visits to ensure that the staff at sites remain alert while on duty and performing their duties properly. Daily Attendance and reporting are updated through “Mobile App” installed in each of the Field Officer’s mobile handset.

Field officers & Operation Manager meet clients or authorized person, time to time for their suggestions to improve the quality of services.
